The Wind Ensemble presents the world premiere of “Precious Metal: A Concerto for Flute and Winds,” by D. J. Sparr, featuring faculty artist Donna Shin, flute; “Ballet for Band,” by Cindy McTee; “Aurora Awakes,” by John Mackey; and “Concerto for Euphonium,” by Martin Ellerby, featuring soloist Danny Helseth.
