Auryn Quartet

Having studied with both the Amadeus and Guarneri Quartets, the Auryn Quartet has emerged as one of the most important quartets of its generation. The Quartet has toured extensively, performing across Europe, North and South America, Australia and Asia. The Auryn Quartet is the quartet-in-residence for the Washington, D.C. Schubert & Schubert Festival. Their recordings include the complete Schubert quartet cycle and Beethoven’s complete quartet literature, and they are just completing the Haydn quartets. This appearance marks their UW World Series debut.
